Vendor Fee Schedule & Payment Set-Up

Triangle Multiple Listing Service, Inc. Schedule of Fees for Data Licensing and Access 

Applicable to:
Participant Data Access Agreement
Participant Content Distribution Agreement
Online Participant VOW/IDX Agreement
Consultant/AVP Agreement
Standard Third-Party Access Agreement


These fees apply per data feed. For example, if a third party requires a separate data feed for each participant whose data is transmitted, these fees would apply per feed; if a participant required two separate data feeds for two different internal functions, these fees would apply to each such feed.

Setup Fee – $500.00
One-time fee for creation of a data feed transmitting data to a Participant or licensee working with a Participant at the direction of the Participant.

Quarterly Maintenance Fee –$300.00

The first quarter is billed at the time of setup and then in advance of each calendar quarter; March, June, September, and December, as long as the data feed is in use. Includes up to three hours of technical support by Triangle MLS staff.

Additional Technical Support –$100.00 Per Hour

Technical support that exceeds three hours in any calendar quarter shall be billed in increments of 30 minutes.

Set-Up Automatic Credit Card Payments For Data Distribution Fees

Never worry about a late payment again! Put a credit or debit card on your TMLS profile within the Membership Portal to pay your quarterly user fees automatically.  Once you are logged into the portal, click on "Update Your Member Profile". Click on "Auto-Billing Selection Form", choose "Yes" and click "Save". Click on "Payment Information" and input the information from your credit or debit card. Click "Update Profile" to finish.

Automatic payments will be charged to your card on the first business day of each quarter, the day fees are due. Fees are due: 

July 1st*, October 1st*, January 1st*, April 1st* 

* The date listed or the next business day if the date falls on a weekend or holiday.

You will be notified if a transaction does not go through. The billing contact is responsible for updating this card when it reaches expiration or removing the card when wishing to unenroll.
