A benefit to Triangle MLS subscribers is the Help Desk resource. Knowledgeable staff members are available by email or phone to assist with the MLS system and ancillary products and services. With your assistance, the Help Desk staff are able to screen connect with your computer to assist you with your questions. 
    The Help Desk provides assistance with the following products:

  • CRS 
  • ShowingTime
  • HomeSpotter
  • Transaction Desk

Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Saturday - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Sunday - 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
