Triangle MLS, Inc. understands how important mastering the MLS system is to your business. Our goal is to partner with you and equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct your business effectively. All of the classes that are offered in the Computer Training Center (CTC) are designed with that in mind. Whether you are just starting out, need a refresher, or want to learn some new tips, we are confident you will find our classes relevant, informative, and helpful. And there's never an extra fee!

Homespotter (Mobile App)

In this class you'll learn how to use the TMLS mobile app, HomeSpotter.

SentriLock Essentials

The SentriLock Essentials course will provide you with the basic information you need to get started. In this class, you'll find information about how to:

  • Open a lockbox
  • Release the shackle
  • Assign a lockbox to a listing
  • Lockbox keypad commands
  • How to renew your SentriCard®
  • How to use the SentriSmart™ App

You will need to bring the following items with you to your class if you are picking up your SentriCard® for the first time:

  1. A valid photo ID.

SentriLock for Unlicensed Admin

The Unlicensed Admin. Assist. course willprovide you with hands on instructions for the SentriLock website, utility andlockbox operations necessary to assist the Brokers in your office.

  1.  permission from BIC is required
  2.  basic lockbox operations
  3.  team set-up instruction for you andoffice
  4.  use of the website for management andassigning lockboxes to property
  5.  functions of utility for lockboxcustomization
  6.  using the SentriSmart App
  7.  do's and don'ts as an UnlicinsedAdmin.

What you need to bring to class:

  1.  valid photo id
  2.  participant request w/ BIC signature
  3.  card holder agreement
  4.  laptop

Please register 24hours in advance to ensure your access to the SentriLock system is ready.  This level of access does not give you the ability to purchase or ownSentriLock Electronic Lockboxes.

This class dives deep into the housing market! We'll show you how to use InfoSparks and FastStats to understand the housing market better than ever before. As we demo these great statistic tools, we'll talk about how to use the data for your business, with your clients, and as a tool for marketing.
