Automatic Linking All of the approved virtual tour vendors use the process of automatic linking.  Automatic linking is a process that is used to get the virtual tour link that you have requested from the vendor into the Tempo System.  The vendor is responsible for getting the tour link to our server.  Once the vendor puts your tour on our server, Marketlinx gets the links from our server and places the tours on the assigned listings every morning at 6:00 a.m.  The listing agent does NOT have to go into TEMPO and put the tour on their listing.  The process is taken care of for the agent.

Triangle MLS, Inc. does NOT charge for this process.  Each individual virtual tour company has their own set of fees for their service.  For a list of the approved vendors, please visit our website at the following link http://www.trianglemls.com/tmls-photo-automaticlinking.htm

Photos: If you want a photo to be taken of your property by our TMLS photographers, please make sure you put a “Y” in the take photo field.  Once you put a “Y” in the photo field the request is sent to the assigned photographer and cannot be changed.  After you make your listing active you will notice that the “Y” value changes to an “S”.  The “S” means that the photo request has been sent to the photographer. 

A photo media class is provided once a month at the Triangle MLS, Inc. office (the class is free of charge).  The dates of the class are always posted on the welcome screen of the Tempo system.  The topics covered in the photo media class include how to:

• Upload your own images into the TEMPO system.
• Change the file size of your photos.
• Check the file size of your photos.
• Transfer photos.
• Get virtual tours on your listings in TEMPO.
