MLS, Inc. is pleased to announce the partnership with Centralized Showing Service
(CSS) to provide an Appointment Center to be available to all Triangle MLS,
Inc. members. Effective May 1, 2003, all offices will use one number
to call to schedule all of their appointments in a fast, efficient, secure,
and standardized way.
The benefits the service
provides the professional real estate community in the Triangle is enormous.
This new service will save all of us time and money, increase efficiency, increase

Training for the new system
will occur throughout the months of February, March, and April 2003. All offices
will be converted to the new Appointment Center no later than May 1, 2003.
CSS will be conducting on-site
training at all REALTOR® offices with 5 or more sales associates during March
and April. In addition, there will be training sessions at the TMLS offices
in Raleigh every Thursday from February 26 – April 24, 2003 from 1:00 pm – 2:30

The monthly fee for the
Appointment Center service is $18.00 per MLS user. Triangle MLS, Inc. will
be absorbing $3.00 of the cost for each MLS participant. The additional $15.00
fee will be included in the MLS billing statement starting May 1, 2003. This
is the first dues increase in over six years for Triangle MLS, Inc. subscribers.
