Tempo, Pop-up Blockers and Firewalls Many agents have called with problems related to pop-up blockers and firewalls. Pop-up blockers are a good defense against annoying pop-up ads that display while browsing the Internet, but if not configured correctly, they can cause big problems while trying to use Tempo. We recommend that before using Tempo, you disable any pop-up blocking software that may be installed on your computer. Because there are so many types of software written for pop-up blocking, it may be hard for us to determine exactly what kind you have installed on your computer. Most programs of this kind will create an icon in the system tray in the lower right-hand corner of your computer screen. Many can be disabled simply by right-clicking the icon and selecting disable or exit. Other software such as Google Toolbar will need to be removed via Add/Remove programs. Firewall software can also cause problems with access to Tempo. If you have a firewall program installed on your PC, it must be configured to allow inbound and outbound traffic for the following addresses: Tempo.trianglemls.com, Tarheel.trianglemls.com or Bluedevil.trianglemls.com.
