How to Join
Membership in the Triangle MLS is by Firm only.
To participate in the TMLS,
you have to be associated with a firm that is a member of TMLS.
Before an Associate can gain
access to the Tempo system they must have the following:
TEMPO
Training
TEMPO classes are usually taught every Wednesday. Individuals joining the
Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® must register for this class
in person. Members of any Association other than
Durham or Chapel Hill will need to call 919-654-5400 (ext. 223) in advance
to register.
Orientation
Class Orientation is usually offered the first and third Thursday
of every month. Individuals joining the Raleigh Regional Association of
REALTORS® must register for this class in person.
Members of any Association other than Durham or Chapel Hill will need to

Please note: Both classes are
held in our facility.
After you have completed the
above, you will need the following:
Subscriber/Password
Security Agreement. This form must be signed by the Broker-in-charge.
