Administrative Assistant

Tempo Access for Unlicensed Assistants: Unlicensed assistants must attend Admin TEMPO training and submit a TMLS Subscription Agreement along with an Administrative Assistant Authorization Form signed by the Broker-in-Charge.

The TMLS charges a reduced user fee of $45 per quarter per unlicensed administrative assistant.

Tempo Access for Licensed Assistants: Licensed assistants must attend TEMPO training and submit a TMLS Subscription Agreement along with an Administrative Assistant Authorization Form signed by the Broker-in-Charge.

The TMLS charges user fees of $150 per quarter for licensed assistants. In addition, if an administrative assistant’s license is affiliated with a Broker-in-Charge who is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®, then he/she will also need to join the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®.
