Subscribe to TMLS

New Subscriber (Associate)

Participation in the Triangle MLS is by Firm only.

To subscribe to the TMLS, you have to be associated with a firm that is a participant of TMLS.

Before a subscriber can gain access to the TEMPO system they must have the following:

TEMPO Training
TEMPO classes are usually taught Wednesdays from 9am-12pm. Individuals joining the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® must register for this class in person. Members of any Association other than Durham or Chapel Hill will need to call 919.654.5400 in advance to register.

Orientation Class
Orientation is usually offered the first and third Thursday of every month. Individuals joining the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® must register for this class in person. Members of any Association other than Durham or Chapel Hill will need to call 919.654.5400 in advance to register.

Please note: Both classes are held at 111 Realtors Way, Cary.

After you have completed the above, you will need the following:

Triangle MLS Subscription Agreement. This form must be signed by the Broker-in-charge.
Schedule of Fees. Please include your method of payment on this form.
