Hutzler earns GRI
designation,At Home Diversity certification

Hutzler of Re/Max Preferred Associates has earned the professional designation
Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and the At Home Diversity
certification from the National Association of REALTORS®.
The GRI program requires
completion of more than 90 hours of course work and 12 examinations. Nationally,
only 19 percent of REALTORS® hold this prestigious
designation. Hutzler also joins thousands of other real estate professionals
in
North America who have earned the At Home Diversity certification after
completing a course which addresses issues of diversity, fair housing and
cultural differences.
Agency’s silent auction
benefits Habitat
In December, the
Chapel Hill team of Fonville Morisey Realty held their annual Holiday Lunch
and Silent Auction, and gave Habitat for Humanity of Orange County all proceeds
generated.
More than 45 donations from individuals and local businesses were auctioned
off during the event. Total proceeds were $4,500 and included checks, cash,
and a direct donation to Habitat of $1,900 in tools.

Hodge earns marketing specialist designation
Grayson Hodge with RE/MAX Preferred Associates has earned the prestigious
Certified Luxury
Home Marketing Specialist designation in recognition of his experience,
knowledge and expertise in the luxury home market.
