Buyer, Brokers, Builders
& Blueprints
Buyers, Brokers, Builders and Blueprints is a class designed for any agent that
is involved in new home sales. From the perspective of the buyer, buyer's agent,
on-site agent and builder we will be looking at contract law, procedures that
aid communication, proper disclosures, walkthroughs and dispute resolution.
Agents will also have a quick lesson on basic blueprint reading and its importance
as a liaison to the buyer and builder.

of income real estate, from the appraisers viewpoint, in order to determine
