Please Note: If you did NOT take eight(8) hours of CE before June 10, 2005, you will need to take one (1) Update class and three (3) elective classes (16 hours total) to activate. If you only took one (1) four hour class last year, you will need to take one (1) Update class and two (2) elective classes (12 hours total) to activate. If unsure, please call the NCREC at (919) 875-3700.

Fee Per Course:
Members of a Board or Association of REALTORS: $55.
All Others: $65

Location:
All classes are held at the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (Directions).

Cancellation Policy:
The full tuition fee less $10 will be refunded if cancellation notice is received at least 24 hours prior to the course.  If class is missed without 24-hour notice, ENTIRE fee is forfeited.
