  • A subscription to Today's Buyer's Rep, an award-winning, eight-page, monthly newsletter published by REBAC to keep you informed of events, legislation, and education in the field of buyer representation

  • A listing in the membership directory on the REBAC Web site, www.REBAC.net.. An excellent source for buyer agent referrals, the directory is distributed to all REBAC members, state and local real estate associations, and corporate relocation managers.

 There are Four Major Requirements to Obtain and use the ABR® Designation:

  • Meeting the REBAC® education requirement of course work.

  • Passing a written examination(s) on legal and practical aspects of agency representation with at least a grade of 80%.

  • Practical experience requirement of acting as a buyer's representative in 5 documented and verifiable transactions. Transactions must be completed and closed anytime prior to and up to 36 months after completing the ABR® course.

  • You must, at all times, be a member in good standing with REBAC® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

You do not need to bring documentation to the course. REBAC will request ALL information and can be submitted at that time.

$80 (entire tuition forfeited if notification not received by August 1, 2008.)
