The
prestige, history and political strength of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®
There
are Four Major Requirements to Obtain and use the ABR® Designation:

Meeting the REBAC®
education requirement of course work. -
Passing
a written examination(s) on legal and practical aspects of agency representation
with at least a grade of 80%. -
Practical
experience requirement of acting as a buyer's representative in 5 documented and
verifiable transactions. Transactions must be completed and closed anytime prior
to and up to 36 months after completing the ABR® course. -
You
must, at all times, be a member in good standing with REBAC® and the National
Association of REALTORS®. You
do not need to bring documentation to the course. REBAC will request ALL information
and can be submitted at that time. |
