Market Trends
Triangle MLS provides statistical reports on the residential housing market in the Triangle region based on the properties entered into the Triangle MLS system. The following local market update reports are available for the entire triangle region and four triangle counties: Durham, Orange, Johnston, and Wake. These reports contain figures and graphs of activity for the most recent month and year to date. Reports are updated on the Triangle MLS web site about the 15th of each month.
Triangle MLS subscribers have access to many more statistical reports that measure MLS market activity in the greater Triangle area. Ask your REALTOR® for more information.

Local Market UpdatesThese monthly reports include the following: number of new listings, number of closed sales, median sales price, average sales price, average days on market until sale, total dollar volume, percent of original list price received at sale, and inventory of homes for sale.
