Councils and Committees

As a Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® member, you gain access to more than 5,000 members of a professional trade association. Our various councils and committees provide networking opportunities through community involvement and social activies.

By participating in our networking groups, you will stay current on market trends, political affairs and technology that impacts our industry. Getting involved gives you input into the structure and future of the Association and grants you the privilege of working with other Association members you may not know.

Communications and Public Relations Committee

Community Service Committee
The Community Service Committee is dedicated to making significant and positive contributions to the community through service and charitable donations.

Government Affairs Committee (GAC)
A committee dedicated to positively impacting the community through the education of our membership, promotion of housing opportunities and the protection of private property rights.

Housing Opportunity Committee
The Housing Opportunity Committee strives to promote and educate REALTORS® about affordable housing and financing for the greater good of the community. These goals fall in line with the mission of the REALTOR Foundation of the Triangle (RFT) - "Improving Homes, Improving Lives". Property Management Council

Small Broker's Council
Mission: The purpose of the Small Broker's Council is to provide support, education, and networking opportunities for the smaller, independent real estate firms in our region.

Top Producers Council

Triangle International Council of REALTORS®
TICOR is a group of Greater Triangle REALTORS® who share a common interest in the international community.

Women's Council of REALTORS®
The Women's Council of REALTORS® is a network of successful REALTORS® empowering women to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

Young Professionals Network
The Raleigh Chapter of the Young Professionals Network (RYPN), is a group for the modern and forward thinking real estate professionals of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®.
