Supercharge your service efforts
The Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® will present “Moving Listings from Sitting to Selling” on Wednesday, May 8 at 111 Realtors Way in Cary . The event will be conducted by Marla Webb, who has more than 30 years experience with residential, commercial and foreclosed government and bank-owned portfolio sales. Staging is especially important in today’s market flooded with houses owned by motivated sellers, including the rising numbers of foreclosures. When it’s a buyer’s market and the competition is fierce, staging is one of the finest tools the savvy REALTOR® should learn to use effectively. Webb’s presentation runs from 12:30-2:30 p.m. with boxed lunches served from noon to 12:30 p.m. Cost for RRAR members is $10; after May 5 and at the door, the cost is $15. Register
